Smile, make people want to spend time (and, hopefully, money) in your company. My worst day ever was when I suffered from a stiff and painful neck - I took painkillers and tried not to show anything, but I didn't sell a thing all day. And as a potential customer I've been to some stands where I saw things I might have wanted - but I just didn't want to give that person my money....
